These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the dwtoto platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing dwtoto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open a dwtoto account. Age verification is mandatory at registration and again at first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals are immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
dwtoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must originate from an account registered in the member's own name.
All games on dwtoto use independently certified random number generators. RTP values are disclosed in each game panel. Use of bots, scripted betting software, arbitrage systems, or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
Every promotion offered by dwtoto has clearly defined wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Bonus terms are published alongside each offer and cannot be altered retroactively once a player has accepted the promotion.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and dwtoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you agree to be fully bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use dwtoto. In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on dwtoto, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
dwtoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) dwtoto account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different personal details — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details as they appear on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. You must notify dwtoto's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. dwtoto will never request your password via any communication channel.
3.4 Account Currency. All dwtoto accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is performed on the Platform; all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are settled in IDR.
3.5 Minors. If dwtoto has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. If verification confirms the account holder is underage, the account will be permanently closed, all pending wagers voided, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method of origin after deducting any bonuses received. Winnings accrued by an underage account holder will be forfeited.
4.1 dwtoto is required to verify the identity and age of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at other stages of account activity, including upon a significant increase in deposit volume or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, Members must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:
4.3 Processing Time. dwtoto aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During periods of high volume, verification may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email upon completion.
4.4 Withdrawal Hold. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. dwtoto accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing where such delays result from a Member's failure to submit required documents promptly or in an acceptable format.
4.5 Ongoing Verification. dwtoto may request updated documentation at any time where required by its internal compliance procedures or where the original documents have expired. Failure to provide updated documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dwtoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in IDR:
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
5.4 Own-Name Requirement. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Deposits received from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or payment processors acting on your behalf — will be returned and may trigger an account review. The same requirement applies to all withdrawal destinations.
5.5 Processing Times. dwtoto targets the following processing times under normal operating conditions:
5.6 Withdrawal Limits. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply at different membership tiers. Your current limits are displayed in the account dashboard. dwtoto reserves the right to request additional verification for single withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000.
5.7 No Third-Party Funds. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, unauthorized use of credit facilities, or money laundering, is strictly prohibited. dwtoto cooperates fully with law-enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to financial crime.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible Members as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. dwtoto reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and associated free bets expire 7 days after being credited to an account. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
6.4 Withdrawal Prior to Completion. If a Member requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, dwtoto reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus funds from the withdrawal amount.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. dwtoto employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting, bet hedging across accounts, coordinated wagering between multiple accounts, and repeated exploitation of the same promotional structure. Where bonus abuse is detected, dwtoto may void all bonus-derived winnings, close the account, and retain the deposited funds to recover losses incurred.
6.6 No Obligation. dwtoto is under no obligation to offer any promotional bonus to any Member. Promotional offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not apply retroactively to promotions already accepted by Members.
7.1 Finality of Wagers. Once a wager has been confirmed on the Platform and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member. It is the Member's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager.
7.2 Odds and Markets. All odds displayed on dwtoto are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. dwtoto reserves the right to suspend, remove, or void any market at any time, including after wagers have been placed, where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of an event is in question.
7.3 Obvious Errors. In the event that dwtoto publishes manifestly incorrect odds (commonly referred to as "palpable errors"), dwtoto reserves the right to void any affected wagers and return stakes to Members, regardless of whether the wager has already been settled.
7.4 Togel Draw Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by the official results published by the respective lottery operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Pools, and Macau Lottery). dwtoto accepts no liability for discrepancies between results published by third-party sources and the official operator results used for settlement.
7.5 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are offered subject to real-time data availability. dwtoto is not liable for any connectivity interruptions, data feed delays, or system errors that prevent a Member from placing or confirming a live wager.
7.6 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are displayed in the applicable game or market panel. dwtoto reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single wager, combination bet, or accumulator at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dwtoto Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the dwtoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dwtoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to their own terms of use.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dwtoto's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 dwtoto shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following, even if dwtoto has been advised of the possibility of such loss:
10.3 Force Majeure. dwtoto shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure in performance, where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond dwtoto's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, pandemics, civil unrest, or power outages.
11.1 dwtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
11.2 Voluntary Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account, the Member's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any Bonus Funds, pending free bets, and winnings derived from Bonus Funds at the time of termination for breach are forfeited.
12.1 dwtoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
12.2 dwtoto implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform sessions and transactions. Personal data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. dwtoto does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
12.3 Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the support team. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to dwtoto's legal obligations to retain certain records for compliance and audit purposes.

14.1 dwtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dwtoto will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by publishing a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to registered Members.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dwtoto is incorporated and licensed to operate. dwtoto is Licensed and Regulated Internationally as a Trusted and Secure Platform.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dwtoto's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
15.3 Nothing in this clause limits dwtoto's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
